Do you offer a pilot before a full rollout?
Yes. Most municipalities, panchayats, and facilities start with a pilot on one ward or site to verify collection coverage, real-time asset tracking, traceability, and compliance reporting. A successful pilot converts directly into a city-wide or enterprise deployment with no re-implementation, so nothing is thrown away.
Is pricing per user, per vehicle, or per ward?
Pricing is based on deployment scale — typically the number of wards or sites, vehicles and assets tracked, and citizens served — not a per-user licence. This keeps costs predictable for local bodies and lets field teams, supervisors, and administrators all use the system without per-seat penalties.
Can we buy the modules separately?
Yes. RwAM (asset and fleet operations), the Reclevo multi-stakeholder collection platform, and the Citizen Portal can be licensed individually or together. Radyus, our business ERP, is a separate product with its own pricing. Add-ons like carbon-credit and EPR/traceability reporting can be enabled when you need them.
