By accessing or using the services provided by Reclevo Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("Reclevo"), including our SWAM platform, Reclevo App, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Reclevo provides digital waste management solutions including asset tracking, waste collection management, route optimization, compliance reporting, and related services for municipalities, businesses, and waste management operators.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Falsify waste management records or compliance data

5. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into our platform. This includes waste collection records, facility data, and compliance information. Falsification of records may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Reclevo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reclevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reclevo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Goa, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
