It was an honour to demonstrate Reclevo InfoTech's AI-powered waste tracking and monitoring platform to the Hon'ble Minister for Transport & Panchayats, Shri Mauvin Godinho — a leader who has consistently walked the talk on sustainability and environmental stewardship. His vision transformed the WOOW (Wealth Out of Waste) Plant into a benchmark for decentralized waste management and best environmental practices in his constituency.
Turning waste data into decisions a leader can act on
We walked the Minister through how Reclevo turns everyday waste operations into a live, verifiable record — real-time tracking of vehicles and assets, a digital chain of custody from generation to disposal, and monitoring that surfaces what is running, what is behind, and what needs attention. For a decentralized model like the WOOW plant, that visibility is the difference between running on trust and running on evidence.
A waste-segregation game for the next generation
We also showcased our waste-segregation game — an engaging educational tool designed to inspire young minds and encourage responsible waste management through interactive learning. The Minister's feedback affirmed the value of building playful IEC (Information, Education & Communication) tools that make segregation a habit early, so behaviour change starts at the household and the classroom, not just the facility.

It was a wonderful opportunity to share our innovations alongside my co-founders, Harsh and Aakashdeep.
