What We Learned

**Multilingual support is essential** - We added Konkani, Marathi, and Hindi to ensure driver adoption
**Simple UX wins** - Drivers prefer large buttons and minimal text input
**Government partnership matters** - Having municipal support accelerated adoption

We're now expanding to all 14 municipalities across Goa, with a target of 300 trips/day by Q2 2025.
